- I am back... I know it's almost 5 moths since my last post...
- What happend you may ask well here it is in short.
- I've only cycled 90km the last 5 months
- I picked up 4kg I think. My scale needs a new battery
- My son was born. Conner James on 17th October 2008
- I bought a KTM640 Adventure!!!!!
So I am back, went for a 12km MTB ride yesterday afternoon and I kaked-off. I finished but bliksem it was tough. I am also planning on going spinning tomorrow morning. If I manage that then I am really really back.
