Still going strong

Well since starting last week monday I have only missed gym on Friday (Friday drinks) and yesterday (Pizza and Wine Night). It's going really really well and I am going to start going in the mornings as well.

I'm not gonna say it!!!

Well it's been more than a year now since I last went to the gym and i picked up 13KG... FFS.

Anyway I finally did it. I went to gym this evening. I didn't spin on the spn bike I went to the bikes with the big saddles and cycled "rustig" for 20mins... had a 3min break and some water and then another 20min.... and I feel great.

I'm gonna try and go in the morning again just for 30min.... will see how it goes.

Almost really really back!

I still haven't replaced my scale battery or been to gym yet.... but I did go for a cycle yesterday afternoon and it was tough!!!

Hilton, Daryl, Jack his son and a friend joined in the ride and I found it very very tough... I ma not nearly as fit as I was a month or two ago!

I AM BACK!!!!

  • I am back... I know it's almost 5 moths since my last post...
  • What happend you may ask well here it is in short.
  • I've only cycled 90km the last 5 months
  • I picked up 4kg I think. My scale needs a new battery
  • My son was born. Conner James on 17th October 2008
  • I bought a KTM640 Adventure!!!!!


So I am back, went for a 12km MTB ride yesterday afternoon and I kaked-off. I finished but bliksem it was tough. I am also planning on going spinning tomorrow morning. If I manage that then I am really really back.

Weekend comparison ride!!!

Harkerville Red Route

On Sunday we did the Harkerville Red Route. It is unbelievable with almost 13km of single track and spectacular views once you get out of the forest. Here are some pics. (Click on the pic to enlarge)

This is the picnick table. Just some advice. spend some time here cos there are some mean climbs ahead back into the forest.

Cycling has been going strong and we try to cycle for 1 hour every weekday afternoon. Since the 12th September I have done 170.6km.

My weight have been stading still but I feel great at fit-ish.
